Craffies Coaching is committed to develop individuals and organisations we interact with.

Our logo represents this philosophy:

The different colours that overlap represent that we understand human beings are different, each with there own needs and way of being.

The C represents an ear, for the client to use as a sounding board, also a mirror to reflect to create better understanding and lastly a container to develop the competencies needed.

The loops that do not close represent a need to continually development and learn for ourselves and our clients.

We have an integral approach to coaching and development which, basis is build on the work of James Flaherty of New Ventures West in San Francisco.

To be honesty integral we partner with other providers to be able to bring about the change as needed by our clients.

Integral coaching is a process where two people, coach and client, develop a supportive relationship that is based on mutual trust and respect, directed towards specific clear set outcomes, and guided by models that help us to develop as human beings. It is a development process to guide you to a point to build the competencies to feel integrated; with yourself, in your relationships, your environment and to have a life.

We would explore what is happening with regards to your consciousness and experience, what is your thoughts, your dreams, your emotion and feelings, how grounded you are we can say how you see yourself in the world and how it plays out in the world. Then we would explore the impact of language, relationships and culture, your relationship with the world. What is the impact of the world around you, how you work, your knowledge, systems and processes, your relationship with nature and what creates meaning for you?

On the journey we would design a development path for the client to work with during the coaching process.

We would also explore the cognitive, the emotional, the somatic, the rational, the spiritual and also explore how all the above integrate in the clients life.

Through the above exploring we would be able to determine what is keeping the client from performing optimally in a integrated balanced way.

A coaching journey will be developed with the client to determine specific outcomes for that will be measurable by the client and the coach.

The outcomes will aim in all instances to achieve the following:

Long-term excellence which has two dimensions firstly to build competence and secondly to create fulfillment for the client as to feel relieved after the competence was build to lift the client to the next level.

To be self-correcting, meaning that the client can develop the skill to see the gaps and lastly to be able to be self-generating, meaning to develop the skill to be able to continuously grow by drawing on the resources available around the client.

The development process is aimed at long-term sustainability.
