A good friend of mine always tell the story, of a story line in one of the Maternity Wards he visited: The first 30 sixty seconds of life is pretty dangerous, and then somebody added, the last thirty is also pretty dangerous.

The following quote by Allan Sacs; “Death is more universal than life; everyone dies but not everyone lives,” leads to the following question how do we life these moments between birth and death?

Do we life our passion?
Do we love unconditionally?
Do we care?
Are we creating a legacy?
Are we brand ambassadors for Christ?
Are we living our dreams, or other’s dreams?

Emptiness

If I look around me in the world, people are seeking to fill the emptiness in their lives in different ways.

Some seek to know what will happen in the future by visiting palm readers and other forms of what does life hold for me….

Other will engage in busyness, always on the run… is it running away from what really hurt or is it running away from pain?

Is the emptiness not perhaps due to vacuum in the human sole, which can only be filled by The Creator?

Sin creates emptiness. God create abundant life.

So I must ask myself?
Do I make enough time for Jesus?
Do I listen to what the Lord say to me?
Does my daily life reflect me praising the Lord?
